Angelo Laundry Valet is a local laundry service provider operating in San Angelo, Texas, and surrounding areas within approximately 30 miles. Services are provided on a pickup and delivery basis, and in-home services may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility & Authorization

By using this website, booking services, or purchasing products, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or you have authorization from a legal parent or guardian.

You are the legal owner or authorized user of all items submitted for service.

You have the authority to agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself or any dependent.

Angelo Laundry Valet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

3. Services Offered

Angelo Laundry Valet provides:

Pickup and delivery laundry services

Limited in-home laundry services on a case-by-case basis

The following services are NOT offered:

Stain removal

Dry cleaning

Alterations or repairs

Cleaning of large or bulky items

Specialty or commercial laundry services

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

Sorting all laundry loads

Determining what items are included in each load

Providing clear and adequate special instructions for any garment requiring special care

Emptying all pockets prior to service

Ensuring items submitted are appropriate for standard household laundry

Failure to meet these responsibilities releases Angelo Laundry Valet from any resulting liability.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items must not be included for service:

Items contaminated with bodily fluids

Items exposed to chemicals or hazardous substances

Items infested with pests (including but not limited to bed bugs)

Items soiled beyond normal household laundry standards

If prohibited items are submitted:

Angelo Laundry Valet may return the items unwashed

No refund will be issued

6. Pickup & Delivery

Laundry may be left unattended at pickup or drop-off locations at the customer’s risk

Customers will be provided a pickup/delivery time frame to help mitigate risk

Angelo Laundry Valet is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to unattended items

Once items are returned to the designated location, responsibility transfers back to the customer

Missed Pickup Policy:

If laundry is not available at the scheduled pickup location:

Angelo Laundry Valet will attempt to contact the customer using the preferred contact method

If no contact is made or items cannot be located within 5 minutes, the pickup will be canceled

No refund will be issued

7. In-Home Services

When services are performed in a customer’s residence:

Customers are responsible for providing safe, functional utilities, including water and electricity

Angelo Laundry Valet will supply detergents unless the customer requests the use of their own

Angelo Laundry Valet assumes no liability for:

Existing conditions of the residence or appliances

Conditions that arise during use of customer-provided equipment

Damage caused by faulty machines, plumbing, electrical issues, pets, or unsafe environments

Angelo Laundry Valet reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or otherwise warrant termination.

8. Laundry Care & Disclaimer of Liability

While reasonable care is taken, customers acknowledge and agree that Angelo Laundry Valet is not responsible for:

Color bleeding

Shrinkage

Fabric damage

Normal wear and tear

Manufacturer defects

Pre-existing stains or damage

Items left in pockets

Immediate or delayed damage resulting from laundering

Damage that occurs over time following services

9. Products Sold (Detergents, Dryer Balls, and Related Items)

Products are sold through dropshipping partners.

Returns & Refunds:

All product sales are final

No refunds or returns are accepted unless required by law

Angelo Laundry Valet does not control manufacturing, packaging, or shipping once orders are placed

Product Disclaimer:

Angelo Laundry Valet does not guarantee suitability for any individual

Customers assume all risk of allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse

Products are used at the customer’s own discretion

10. Payment Policy

Payment is required in advance of all services

No late fees or cancellation fees are charged

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of service outcome or customer dissatisfaction

11. Pricing

Angelo Laundry Valet reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing in effect at the time of booking will apply to that service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

Angelo Laundry Valet’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

Under no circumstances shall Angelo Laundry Valet be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

13. Force Majeure

Angelo Laundry Valet is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather

Natural disasters

Power outages

Emergencies

Government actions

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Texas, with venue in the county serving San Angelo, Texas.
